On June 17-18 Singularis Lab team visited the international scientific and popular festival Kaspersky Geek Picnic 2017. The festival was held on the territory of the Moscow park-estate "Kolomenskoye".
The visitors of the festival attended interesting lectures of foreign and Russian speakers, watched fascinating battles of robots and races of drones, plunged into virtual reality in VR-zones and visited other entertaining interactive platforms.
The classes were devoted to modern technology, science and creativity. The headliner of the festival was legendary Lawrence M. Krauss, an astrophysicist and a well-known popularizer of science, who talked about researches in the field of elementary particles. Neurotechnologies, bionic prostheses, artificial intelligence, machine learning, astrophysical phenomena, technologies in the arts, modern media, all this was only a small part of the topics for discussions in lecture rooms.
The festival ended with the orchestra of aliens by Humanoid Opera, cosplay opera by Diva Plavalaguna and futuristic Tesla Show.
