V All-Russian Student Robotics School completed in Nizhny Novgorod on November 11

V All-Russian Student School on Robotics, Machine learning and Computer vision (supported by Intel Inc. and the company Singularis Lab) took place in Nizhny Novgorod State University on November 7-11.

19 students from 11 different cities took part in the school: from Volgograd, Yekaterinburg, Moscow, Nizhniy Novgorod, Rostov-on-Don, Rybinsk, St. Petersburg, Saratov, Sevastopol, Stavropol and Chelyabinsk.

Plenary lectures were conducted by Russian and foreign experts of the IT industry  in the first and second days of the school. It was organized within the International Youth School "High-performance computing, optimization and applications". Classes on solving practical problems of robotics, machine learning and computer vision were held by the representatives of IT companies and UNN lecturers in the next three days.

Summing up and closing ceremony of Roboschool took place in the last working day of school after completing classes. On this day, certificates and letters of thanks of the Organizing Committee were presented to the participants and lecturers of the school.

Though the school was conducted the first time in Nizhny Novgorod, positive feedback about the organization were received. Also we received the invitations to hold the next school in Volgograd, Arkhangelsk and Nizhny Novgorod.
