Interactive shooting range for Android

Purpose: detecting hits made with a laser rifle on a target of type 8 and scoring

The purpose of the project was to create an application through which millions of users will be able to organize a shooting range with minimum expenses during their leisure time.

In the course of creating the system, the algorithm for quick search of a shot from a laser rifle on the image was developed.

The algorithm was adapted for an environment with different types of lighting and for any laser rifles. Besides, the existing algorithm was optimized for working with images on mobile platforms in order to support rifles with a pulse length of less than 50 ms.

If you have an Android tablet PC and a printed target and use the developed application, you can organize a proper shooting range for a team of up to seven simultaneous shooters. It will take you less than 2 minutes.
